Job summary

CDW is seeking a Senior Program Manager to drive complex MILCON and Installation Communication Grid initiatives for MCICOM. The role requires end-to-end lifecycle ownership, cross-functional leadership, and seamless collaboration with engineering, logistics, and finance teams.

You will oversee Integrated Master Schedules, manage risks, and provide executive updates. A Secret clearance and US citizenship are required, with a strong background in defense program management and DoD processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Program Management, or related field is required.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Demonstrated MILCON/ICG program lifecycle experience is required.
• Experience with DoD processes and senior-level stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Manage MILCON and ICG programs from initiation to closeout, aligning with mission requirements and standards.
• Lead program planning and execution across multiple MCICOM initiatives.
• Oversee scheduling and IMS development and maintenance.
• Provide schedule oversight for milestones, deliverables, and critical path activities.
• Coordinate planning across engineering, logistics, financial, and operations teams.
• Manage cross-program resource allocation for personnel, funding, and materials.
• Identify risks and assist in mitigation planning and risk management.
• Track program performance with metrics, analysis, and reporting.
• Ensure technical alignment with engineering teams and SMEs.
• Lead stakeholder engagement with Marine Corps leadership and external partners.
• Support change management and CONOPS development.
• Forecast milestones and deliverables to support leadership decisions.
