Job summary

GCC, a 100% employee owned company with offices in Tampa, Charlotte, Seattle and Portland, seeks a technically oriented sales professional for the Northwest division. We provide motion control solutions for hydraulic, pneumatic and electric systems across aerospace, machine tool, forestry and marine markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 3–5 years sales in fluid power or motion tech.
• Experience in ISO 9001 environment is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow sales in geographic territory via phone, email, and visits.
• Build trusted relationships with customers across engineering, purchasing, operations and management teams.
• Identify strategic accounts to win business across territory.
• Collaborate with product management and engineering to deliver value-added solutions.
• Manage territory using CRM data and report pipeline.
• Support ISO 9001 compliance and continuous improvement.
