Job summary

As a subject-matter expert, you will coordinate cross-functional teams, develop ECMs, and create financially sound pro formas while negotiating scope and pricing with subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and 8+ years of project development or sales engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of building systems and technologies and their interactions.
• Experience with cost savings analysis using customer data to justify projects.
• Proven ability to develop project pro formas and detailed scope-of-work documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Ability to obtain required security clearances.
• Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing English.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical SME throughout the project development and sales cycle for building systems.
• Expand project scopes by integrating Energy Efficiency offerings beyond traditional measures.
• Collaborate with the Business Development Manager and cross-functional teams to evaluate feasibility.
• Coordinate activities related to legal review of documentation and financing procurement.
• Develop accurate financial pro formas and technical scopes of work.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver all project deliverables on time.
• Negotiate scope and pricing with subcontractors to align with goals.
