Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction project management or equivalent
• OSHA 10-hour card required
• Experience managing subcontractors and large teams
• Ability to interpret schematic, mechanical, electrical, plumbing drawings
• Proven budgeting, cost tracking and cost estimating experience
• Federal security clearance or eligibility to obtain one

Responsibilities

• Lead all project activities to meet goals within timeframes and budget constraints
• Coordinate shop drawings, submittals, change orders, RFIs and progress tracking
• Develop schedules, cost estimates, BOMs, and budgets
• Supervise field resources and ensure professional project execution through close-out
• Support development of subcontract and procurement documentation
• Maintain safe working conditions and enforce safety compliance
