Job summary

Celestica is seeking a senior business development leader to drive growth within the Advanced Technology Solutions (ATS) Sales organization. The role partners with Global Engineering Sales to manage the technology and engineering evaluation stage of the sales process and deliver winning proposals and RFQ responses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of sales experience in a technical area (EMS/manufacturing).
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (25–50%).

Responsibilities

• Drive engineering services business development across ATS market segments.
• Liaise between Celestica engineering and customers to communicate value and align with project objectives.
• Develop and execute engineering account and opportunity strategies based on customer needs and market trends.
• Provide technical insights and guidance for projects and customer strategies.
