Job summary

Siemens Energy in the United States seeks an experienced technical sales leader for GIS and AIS substation solutions. You will act as the technical and commercial lead, interfacing with engineering, manufacturing, program management, and customers to shape winning proposals.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
6+ years of experience in technical sales or similar customer-facing role.
Proven success leading large, complex technical sales opportunities.
Strong knowledge of substation products, GIS experience preferred.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and CRM skills.

Responsibilities

Lead technical sales strategy for GIS and AIS substation projects.
Analyze customer requirements and develop tailored substation solutions.
Drive multi-million-dollar sales opportunities through presentations and negotiations.
Collaborate with proposal, contract, legal, and engineering teams on submissions.
