Job summary

Nextpower is leading the global energy transition with an integrated clean energy platform. This role oversees technical strategy, pre-sales support, deployment readiness, and lifecycle management for eBOS solutions throughout pre-installation to operation.

You will interface with customers, Sales, Engineering, Product Management, Manufacturing, and Field Operations to ensure optimal deployment and performance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in utility-scale solar energy, technical sales engineering, applications engineering, system design or construction.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Extensive experience supporting competitive U.S. sales processes.
• Proven involvement in IE reviews and lender technical diligence.
• Proven track record influencing technical decisions in large project environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical pre-sales activities, provide application engineering support and customer-facing guidance.
• Collaborate with EPCs, developers, owners, and operators to define requirements and deliver optimized eBOS solutions.
• Drive deployment readiness with Product Management, Engineering, and Manufacturing on launches and validation.
• Manage customer engagements through installation, commissioning, and operation.
• Support field performance monitoring, RCA, and corrective action management.
• Translate field data into product improvements and future roadmap priorities.
• Develop installation standards, documentation, training, and best practices for deployment quality.
• Track metrics on deployment quality, reliability, customer satisfaction, and field issues using Salesforce.
