Job summary

Employer.com, part of the Recruiter.com family, has partnered with Salesforce to place contract recruiting talent supporting their North American Engineering and Product organization. This six-month hybrid contract requires owning full-cycle recruiting for software engineering, infrastructure, and product roles with three days on-site.

You will source proactively, build pipelines of passive technical candidates, and align with hiring managers to translate engineering needs into candidate

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of full-cycle technical recruiting for software/engineering roles.
• Proven track record recruiting in tech SaaS environments.
• Ability to work on-site three days per week.
• Strong passive sourcing and networking skills.
• Knowledge of engineering org structures and compensation norms.
• Proficiency with ATS/TMS for pipeline tracking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with managers.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for Software Engineering, Infrastructure, and Product roles.
• Manage candidate journey from sourcing to close.
• Develop strategic outreach to passive candidates in SaaS/enterprise software.
• Partner with hiring managers and technical leadership.
• Track KPIs and generate recruiting reports.
• Use ATS/TMS for workflows and progress.
