Qualifications

7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
5+ years of experience recruiting technical talent.
Strong sourcing capabilities and experience identifying, engaging, and closing passive talent.
Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into effective recruiting strategies.
Experience partnering with senior technology leaders and hiring managers.
Strong negotiation, candidate engagement, and closing skills.
Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining quality, responsiveness, and attention to detail.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and modern recruiting tools.

Responsibilities

Lead full-cycle recruiting for Media & Broadcast Technology teams across engineering and operations.
Define talent strategies with hiring managers and technology leaders.
Develop sourcing strategies for hard-to-find technical talent in media, broadcast, cloud, and platform engineering.
Build pipelines of passive candidates across backend, cloud, platform, SRE, DevOps, data, and video systems.
Drive candidate engagement, interview management, offer negotiations, and closures.
Provide market intel, compensation insights, talent availability data, and landscape trends.
Advise hiring managers, HR, compensation, and business leaders through the process.
Create candidate experiences reflecting FOX’s culture and brand.
Maintain recruiting data, pipelines, and visibility.
Build relationships to understand talent gaps and recurring needs.
Improve candidate flow, interview throughput, and satisfaction.
