Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full project lifecycle for broadcast systems installations and migrations.
- Define scope, goals, and deliverables, developing comprehensive project plans and schedules.
- Coordinate internal teams, external vendors, and client stakeholders.
- Monitor budgets, mitigate risks, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Maintain detailed documentation, reports, and final handover materials.
- Provide technical oversight of broadcast technologies (IP video, SMPTE 2110, cloud-based systems).
