Job summary

Lakeshore Talent is partnering with a rapidly growing aerospace and technology organization to hire a Senior Technical Recruiter for a contract-to-hire opportunity in Greenwood Village, CO. You will own full cycle recruiting for highly specialized technical positions, partnering with hiring leaders to define hiring strategies and deliver exceptional candidates.

This role requires influencing stakeholders and establishing best practices while maintaining urgency and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years of recruiting experience with a strong background in full cycle recruiting.
• 4+ years recruiting for technical positions such as Software/Mechanical/Electrical Engineers.
• Proven success sourcing and engaging passive candidates.
• Strong business acumen to advise on compensation, market conditions and talent strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead full cycle recruiting for senior-level and highly specialized technical positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and advise on market trends and compensation expectations.
• Develop and execute advanced sourcing strategies to engage passive candidates.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for niche roles and difficult-to-fill positions.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience and use recruiting metrics to drive decisions.
• Negotiate offers with a solid understanding of compensation practices.
• Help establish and improve recruiting processes in a fast-changing environment.
• Maintain compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
