Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting.
• Proven track record of hiring for engineering or other highly technical roles.
• Experience sourcing passive candidates in competitive talent markets.
• Strong ability to assess candidate quality and alignment beyond resumes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Become the subject matter expert across engineering, manufacturing, and other specialized functions and partner with senior leadership and hiring managers on defining top talent.
• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies and engage top-tier technical talent to close hires.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and interview teams, defining role requirements and interview plans.
• Develop ideas to improve the recruiting funnel and interview processes, research new tools, and stay updated on industry trends.
• Drive an efficient, high-quality interview process from outreach to close.
• Advocate for an excellent candidate experience and diversity, equity, and inclusion.
