Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting.
• Experience hiring for engineering or highly technical roles.
• Experience sourcing passive candidates in competitive markets.
• Strong ability to assess candidate quality beyond resumes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage multiple searches in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience improving recruiting processes.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Torrance, CA.

Responsibilities

• Define top talent for engineering and technical roles in partnership with senior leadership and hiring managers.
• Develop sourcing and engagement strategies to close exceptional talent.
• Advise hiring managers and interview teams on role requirements and criteria.
• Improve funnel, interview processes, and stay updated on market trends and tools.
• Drive an efficient, high-quality interview process from outreach to close.
• Advocate for an excellent candidate experience and for diversity, equity, and inclusion.
