Job summary

Penguin Solutions is seeking a Sr. Technical Recruiter to drive full-cycle recruiting for AI infrastructure, software, hardware, and sales roles. You will partner with managers to define role requirements, build pipelines, and manage candidate experience.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in tech recruiting, strong sourcing skills for passive talent, and the ability to influence stakeholders with market insights in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 8+ years of talent acquisition experience in technical or high-growth environments.
• Experience recruiting for AI/ML, software, data, cloud, HPC, or hardware roles.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned requisitions from intake to offer.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring plans.
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies for scarce technical talent.
• Maintain accurate ATS data and provide recruiting metrics.
• Support employer branding and candidate experience across teams.
