Job summary

Penguin Solutions is seeking a Sr. Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team, focusing on AI infrastructure, software, hardware, and sales talent.

You will partner with managers and HR to design sourcing strategies, assess candidates, and close critical roles while ensuring a top-notch candidate experience. You will build pipelines, leverage ATS tools, and drive efficiency in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience.
• 8+ years of talent acquisition or recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for AI/ML, software, data, cloud infra, HPC, hardware, or related tech roles.
• Experience recruiting for sales or go-to-market roles, including enterprise accounts.
• Strong sourcing and engagement skills with passive candidates.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned requisitions, including intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers, and negotiation.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, candidate profiles, hiring plans, and timelines.
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies for scarce technical talent across AI/ML, HPC, cloud, data, software, and hardware roles.
• Attend local career fairs and support internship activities.
• Maintain strategic talent pipelines using market mapping, referrals, and job boards.
