Formlabs, based in Somerville, MA, is seeking a Technical Recruiter to support hiring across engineering, marketing, services, sales, and finance. You will manage full-cycle recruiting, partner with leaders, and deliver a best-in-class candidate experience.

Ideal candidates have strong sourcing skills, experience with ATS/CRM tools, and a passion for building diverse, high-performing teams in a fast-growing hardware/software company.

Qualifications

• Full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
• Experience using Greenhouse ATS and Gem CRM.
• Experience recruiting for engineering roles.
• Ability to train hiring managers on networking and hiring.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Partner with leaders across the business to find talented people.
• Engage in full cycle recruiting across multiple departments.
