Valar Atomics is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to own full lifecycle recruiting for engineering and technical teams. This on-site role partners with hiring managers to shape strategies and attract exceptional talent in competitive markets.

You will manage end-to-end processes, uphold a high bar for quality, and ensure an excellent candidate experience while advancing diversity and inclusion across the team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical recruiting experience in-house or agency.
• Hiring for engineering or other highly technical roles.
• Experience sourcing passive candidates in competitive markets.
• Strong ability to assess candidate quality beyond resumes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ownership and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Orangeville, UT.

Responsibilities

• Define and identify what top talent looks like across engineering and manufacturing.
• Develop and execute strategies to source and engage top technical candidates and close.
• Advise hiring managers on role requirements, interview plans, and criteria.
• Improve recruiting funnel, interview processes, and tool usage.
• Drive an efficient, high-quality interview process from outreach to close.
• Advocate for a strong candidate experience and DEI.
