Job summary

Axiado Corporation in the United States is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to partner with engineering leadership and own full-cycle recruiting for U.S.-based roles across ASIC design to ML software. This is a 6-month contract with potential conversion to full-time based on performance and business needs.

You will build pipelines, collaborate with hiring managers, and drive a high-volume, fast-paced search across semiconductor, security, and AI domains.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in hardware or deep-tech.
• Proven track record closing hard-to-find roles across ASIC/SoC, design verification, silicon, embedded firmware and ML.
• Strong understanding of the full product development lifecycle and where firmware, software and ML fit.
• Existing network within silicon engineering, embedded software and AI communities.
• Experience sourcing and closing passive candidates.
• Ability to influence senior engineering leaders (Director and above).
• Knowledge of compensation, equity, and leveling practices at startups and semiconductors.
• Experience managing a high volume of concurrent searches in a fast-paced startup.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles from intake and job description through offer, close, and onboarding handoff.
• Define role requirements with managers and design structured interview processes.
• Source passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, referrals, universities, and conferences.
• Screen candidates with technical fluency across hardware, software, and ML.
• Advise leadership on talent market conditions and compensation trends.
• Run tight interview loops and coordinate panels with timely feedback.
• Partner with HR on offer strategy and negotiation for top candidates.
• Build long-term pipelines for critical roles.
• Maintain candidate data in ATS and track recruiting metrics.
• Represent the Axiado employer brand in the market.
