Gallatin AI, Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to scale our team and own the full lifecycle from intake to offer. You will attract top talent, leverage AI tools for sourcing, and partner with hiring managers to optimize processes in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll travel for conferences and recruiting events, build strong relationships, and help shape a modern recruiting function that supports Gallatin's mission in national security logistics.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a full-cycle recruiter who owns end-to-end process.
• Experience using AI to enhance sourcing and process improvements.
• Experience recruiting in fast-paced startup-like environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract talent.
• Build proactive pipelines for priority roles across technical and operations.
• Represent Gallatin at conferences to attract top talent and build relationships.
• Own end-to-end candidate process from intake to offer.
• Manage multiple requisitions across competing priorities with urgency and quality.
• Close candidates, navigate negotiations, and earn trust.
• Advise hiring managers on role calibration and market dynamics.
• Identify ways to make recruiting repeatable and scalable.
