Job summary

WEX is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to join the Global Recruitment Team. You will own the full-cycle recruitment for technical roles, from sourcing and screening to offers and onboarding, partnering with hiring managers and technical teams to align on strategic hiring plans.

Ideal candidates will have strong sourcing and technical knowledge, experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Phenom, and a track record of delivering an exceptional candidate experience to support WEX''s growth

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of full-cycle technical recruitment in fast-growth environments.
Experience recruiting for software engineering, AI/ML, Data Science, IT infra, or other technical roles.
Proficiency with Google Suite, CRM (Phenom), and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Responsibilities

Partner with hiring managers and technical teams to understand talent needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future technical roles.
Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interviews using Phenom Ai Interview scheduling tool.
Negotiate offers and manage onboarding in collaboration with HR and hiring managers.
Provide a high-touch, transparent candidate experience and promote the employer brand.
