Job summary

Fireworks AI is hiring Technical Recruiters to own full-cycle hiring within a focused area of our engineering and research org. You will partner directly with the founders and engineering leaders to hire researchers, systems engineers, or infrastructure experts who make Fireworks run.

You move fast, love data, and treat every candidate interaction as a reflection of the Fireworks brand. You will leverage AI tooling to boost sourcing and screening efficiency while maintaining a personal touch.

Qualifications

• Strong technical fluency and ability to discuss engineering roles and tech stacks.
• 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, ideally in AI/ML or deep-tech.
• Proven track record closing senior and hard-to-fill engineering or research roles.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, and close for technical roles within your focus area.
• Partner with hiring managers and founders to scope roles, define hiring bars, and build strategies.
• Build and nurture pipelines of top technical talent through proactive outreach and referrals.
• Run structured, bias-aware screens that assess technical depth and mission fit.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience end to end and represent Fireworks brand.
• Drive offers and closes, using market data to guide candidates to yes.
• Keep ATS clean and report funnel health to improve processes.
• Leverage AI tooling to boost sourcing and screening efficiency without losing touch.
