Alpaca, a US-headquartered leader in brokerage infrastructure, is hiring a Senior Technical Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for high-impact technical roles across engineering. You will partner with engineering leaders to build hiring strategies and pipelines, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience in a fast-paced, distributed team.

Qualifications

6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience for technical roles.
Experience managing a high volume of concurrent technical searches.
Excellent stakeholder management, ability to influence Engineering leaders.
Strong experience with ATS reporting, funnel metrics, and recruiting dashboards.
Proficient with AI tools and modern recruiting technology to improve outcomes.

Responsibilities

Own full-cycle recruiting across a high volume of technical roles, from sourcing through offer and close.
Partner with Engineering leaders and hiring managers to define profiles and hiring strategies.
Build proactive technical talent pipelines via outbound sourcing, referrals, and networks.
Maintain strong candidate experience and stakeholder communication throughout the process.
Provide clear pipeline reporting, risks, and progress updates using data.
