Job summary

Alpaca, a US-headquartered leader in brokerage infrastructure, is hiring a Senior Technical Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for high-impact technical roles across Engineering. You will partner with Engineering leaders to build hiring strategies, pipelines, and drive searches from kickoff through close.

You will thrive in a fast-paced, remote or distributed team environment, managing multiple concurrent searches while maintaining stakeholder relationships and candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a focus on software engineers and technical talent.
• Proven ability to manage a high volume of concurrent technical searches.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and advise Eng leaders.
• Strong sourcing skills and track record building pipelines for difficult-to-fill roles.
• Experience using ATS reporting, funnel metrics, and recruiting data to drive decisions.
• Proficient with AI tools to improve efficiency and outcomes.
• Strong communication, organization, and prioritization in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with remote or distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for a high volume of technical roles, from sourcing through offer and close.
• Partner with Engineering leaders to define profiles, hiring strategies, and drive searches.
• Build proactive technical talent pipelines through outbound sourcing, referrals, networking, and mapping.
• Manage competing priorities and maintain hiring quality and velocity.
• Provide clear reporting on pipeline health, funnel performance, and risks.
• Use data to identify gaps and improve conversion and decisions.
• Deliver a high-quality candidate experience with clear communication.
• Leverage AI and recruiting technology to improve sourcing, research, and productivity.
• Maintain ATS hygiene and continuously improve processes and workflows.
