STRATEGIC STAFFING SOLUTIONS is seeking an experienced Lead Technical Recruiter for a W2 contract opportunity in Plano, TX (or San Antonio, TX relocation within Texas). The role targets Data, Analytics, and AI staffing in large technology environments, including AWS, Google, or Microsoft‑level skill sets.

The successful candidate will partner with hiring managers, develop sourcing strategies, and manage full lifecycle recruitment across multiple requisitions, with a strong emphasis on finding

Qualifications

• 8+ years of overall professional recruiting experience.
• 5+ years of dedicated technical recruiting experience.
• Recent hands-on experience recruiting for Data, Analytics, and AI positions.
• Proven ability to source highly specialized technical talent in competitive markets.
• Experience recruiting for Data Scientists, ML Engineers, Applied Scientists, Analytics professionals.

Responsabilités

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from intake to placement.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and priorities.
• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates.
• Use recruiting databases and networks to identify prospective candidates.
• Review resumes, conduct screens/interviews, and assess qualifications.
• Coordinate interview feedback and candidate reviews with hiring managers.
• Manage scheduling and offer processes, including salary negotiations.
• Maintain relationships with candidates and hiring partners throughout the process.
• Handle multiple requisitions and meet deadlines.
