Responsibilities

• Own the full-cycle recruiting process for roles across business and technical departments.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, identify candidates, and negotiate offers.
• Manage inbound pipelines and identify passive candidates using sourcing tactics.
• Provide a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.
• Ensure updates to candidates and managers throughout the interview process.
