This 12-month contract role covers sourcing, screening, offers and onboarding, with a focus on delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience. Qualifications

• 5+ years of corporate and technical recruiting experience.
• Experience managing multiple searches, projects and client relationships in high growth technical environments.
• Outstanding communication skills with focus on high-quality interviews and candidate research.
• Experience building talent sourcing initiatives with sourcing tools and recruitment marketing tools.
• Ability to build relationships and establish trust with candidates and hiring teams.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) e.g. Rippling, sourcing and recruitment marketing tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the full cycle recruiting process for roles across business and technical departments.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, identify candidates, manage the candidate experience, and negotiate offers.
• Manage the inbound applicant pipeline and identify passive job seekers using a full range of sourcing tactics.
• Provide a positive candidate experience from applicant to offer, evaluate skill level, drive interview and offer processes, salary recommendations and onboarding handoff.
• Move the needle on recruitment activities, ensuring candidates progress through interviews, collect feedback, and keep stakeholders updated.
