Verkada Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to partner with Software Engineering leadership in sourcing, recruiting, and closing top engineering talent for our on-site office in San Mateo, CA.

You will own full-cycle recruiting and develop strong relationships with engineering teams to accelerate hiring. You will craft compelling candidate experiences, present engagingly to candidates about Verkada’s engineering organization, and implement creative talent strategies to attract both

• Manage a full cycle recruiting process, keeping a strong pipeline and managing the interview schedule
• Track and document candidate communications in ATS (Greenhouse)
• Deliver a high touch, high-quality transparent, and honest candidate experience.

About the Role

As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will partner with the Software Engineering Leadership team to source, recruit and close talented engineering professionals to join our world-class organization. We are one of the fastest growing companies in Silicon Valley and you will be essential to the continuous growth!

This position is on-site in San Mateo, CA; not remote.What You'll Do

Annual Pay Range

At the company, we want to attract and retain the best employees, and compensate them in a way that appropriately and fairly values their individual contribution to the company. With that in mind, we carefully consider a number of factors to determine the appropriate starting pay for an employee, including their primary work location and an assessment of a candidate's skills and experience, as well as market demands and internal parity. A the company employee may be eligible for additional forms of compensation, depending on their role, including sales incentives, discretionary bonuses, and/or equity in the company in the form of restricted stock units (RSUs)

Below is the annual on-target earnings (OTE) range for full-time employees for this position, comprised of base compensation and commissions (if applicable).

$135,000-$185,000 USD
