About The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to serve as a senior member of the newly formed recruiting team and an expert advisor on technical recruitment and talent matters. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Partnering with the Head of Talent and engineering leadership to build and implement hiring processes and programs.
2. Owning the entire recruiting process from end to end.
3. Providing a welcoming and delightful candidate experience as a TFH / World ambassador.
4. Learning to build robust reporting in Greenhouse and Gem.
5. Participating in headcount planning and budgeting exercises.
6. Mentoring talent coordinators and junior recruiting team members.

About You
The ideal Senior Technical Recruiter should thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with proven experience in hiring and implementing recruiting processes at scaling companies or startups. You should:

• Have 6+ years of experience in technical recruiting.
• Possess full lifecycle recruiting experience within a technology or software startup.
• Be a problem solver with a bias towards action.
• Be a strategic partner to the business, keeping up with technical talent market trends.
• Love data and use it to influence hiring decisions and processes.
• Be able to prioritize and execute hiring plans ruthlessly.
• Have a passion for building inclusive and diverse teams.

The estimated salary for this role in San Francisco ranges from $150,000 - $200,000, plus a competitive long-term incentive package and variable compensation, based on skills, qualifications, and experience.
