Acara Solutions in Lake Forest, IL is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment for technology roles on a 4-month temporary basis. This hybrid position requires 40 hours per week, with compensation at $35.00 per hour.

Job Requirements

What You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS).
• 5+ years of experience with Full cycle talent acquisition in the technical space.
• 5+ years of experience in all sourcing methods including LinkedIn recruiter, social media, networking, and with diversity sourcing.
• 5+ years of experience building credibility with hiring managers and using market knowledge to advise on talent strategy

What Sets You Apart:

• Knowledge of local regulatory compliance and employment law.
• Proficiency using an Applicant Tracking system, common desktop applications, and social media usage.
• Experience with SuccessFactors.
