LVI Associates is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support our Industrial Controls work in Raleigh, North Carolina. You will lead complex projects from initiation through completion, ensuring quality, safety, and profitability while maintaining strong client relationships.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years of industrial electrical controls experience, the ability to manage cross-functional teams of 10+ people, and a track record of delivering on time and within budget in manufacturing or

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• 7+ years of experience in industrial electrical controls or related fields.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Willingness to obtain OSHA-30 within six months if not certified.
• Experience with system integration, electrical installation, or supervisory roles is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple trades and project scopes within budgets and schedules.
• Provide management oversight and technical guidance to project teams.
• Champion a strong safety culture and communicate safety expectations.
• Develop detailed project scope proposals and assist with estimating.
• Lead projects from initiation through completion and keep work on track.
• Procure equipment and materials as needed.
