Qualifications

• Experience leading industrial controls projects and teams.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and customer management skills.
• Ability to read electrical control schematics and engineering estimates.
• Leadership experience with 10+ person teams.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Google Workspace.
• Valid driver’s license and OSHA-30 certification within six months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Manage industrial controls projects, budgets, schedules, and customer requirements.
• Lead projects from scope through closeout and coordinate teams across sites.
• Provide technical and management guidance to project teams and field personnel.
• Develop scope proposals based on estimates and coordinate purchasing.
• Monitor performance, profitability, timelines, and customer satisfaction.
• Attend meetings and build strong customer relationships.
