Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent industry experience.
• 5-10+ years of controls/automation engineering.
• Experience with PLC programming, robotics, and machine vision.
• Customer-facing communication and project leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead automation projects from concept through startup and customer acceptance.
• Develop PLC, robotics, machine vision, and controls solutions.
• Design controls architecture and industrial networks.
• Drive commissioning, troubleshooting, and startup activities.
• Support project concepting, quoting, and technical planning.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor junior engineers.
• Work with mechanical and electrical teams on turnkey automation systems.
• Interface directly with customers throughout project execution.
• Travel to customer sites for installations, training, and support.
