Job summary

MANTECH seeks a motivated Technical Project Manager to join our team at Quantico, VA. You will coordinate procurement, installation, and integration of multi-network systems for a USMC program, ensuring secure, compliant operation across DISA-to-Desktop architecture.

Role requires hands-on experience with network devices, DISA STIGs, RMF, and collaboration with ISSOs while mentoring junior engineers in a demanding RMF environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field; 9+ years IT experience with 5+ years in a relevant Systems/Network Engineering role.
• Deep understanding of networking protocols and security principles.
• Experience configuring and managing enterprise devices (routers, switches, firewalls) with Cisco technologies.
• Active DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II certification.
• Experience securing classified networks (SIPR, NIPR, JWICS) and implementing RMF.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate procurement, shipping, installation, and integration of multi-network systems for a USMC program.
• Plan, design and maintain connectivity of enterprise systems across classified networks.
• Ensure DISA STIG compliance and perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting of devices.
• Configure, maintain, and monitor firewalls, IDS/IPS, and ISE for access control and security.
• Support RMF processes and mentor junior NOC staff.
