Job summary

MANTECH seeks a motivated Manager, Technical Projects to join our team in Chantilly, VA. This role provides project management, integration, and requirements management support to the analytic branch of a large, mission-focused environment.

The Manager will coordinate priorities with sponsors, manage requirements, maintain schedules, and communicate status to stakeholders. TS/SCI with polygraph is required for eligibility. This is a hands-on leadership role in a demanding, fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with 10+ years of PM/requirements/systems integration experience.
• Strong experience in project management, requirements management, systems integration, and/or systems engineering.
• Experience gathering, tracking, and managing technical requirements/workloads in a complex environment.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and communicate to multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Determine priorities with Sponsor management and align team work.
• Coordinate and facilitate exchange meetings to validate requirements.
• Update and track requirements in JIRA and other methods.
• Develop and maintain realistic project schedules.
• Maintain proactive communication with Sponsor management and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare and present status reports, deliverables, and briefings.
• Organize documentation and collaborate with teammates, service providers, vendors, and users.
