Job summary

Celerity Consulting Group, LLC is seeking a Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead complex transformation programs from a remote posture with work-from-home eligibility, based in California. The role requires deep consulting experience across system implementations, data integration, and enterprise platform rollouts, with a focus on utilities and energy sectors.

You will partner with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to drive scope, schedule, budget, and quality.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience in utilities/energy sectors.
• Proven track record delivering complex implementations and integrations across ERP/CRM/Data platforms.
• Consulting background with client-facing delivery.
• Strong knowledge of utility operations, asset management, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management.
• Travel to client sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of programs.
• Develop project charters, WBS, and execution plans.
• Manage cross-functional delivery teams including solution architects, developers, analysts, testers, and change managers.
• Apply Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies to manage scope, schedule, risk.
• Coordinate with vendors for interfaces, data migration, and cutover planning.
• Support solution validation through UAT oversight, defect triaging, and issue resolution.
• Monitor budgets, forecasts, and resource allocations.
• Drive continuous improvement and QA/QC in regulated environments.
• Lead change management and stakeholder communications.
