Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager – Utility Technology Programs to lead strategic technology and business transformation initiatives across electric utility operations. You will guide complex programs from planning through go-live, coordinating cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver on business objectives.

The role requires 8+ years of IT project management and familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery.

Qualifications

8+ years of IT project management experience delivering large-scale programs.
Strong ability to align business needs with technology delivery.
Experience with enterprise application, system implementation, and integration projects.
Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of utility technology programs and enterprise projects.
Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, schedules, and milestones.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
Manage scope, risks, issues, dependencies, changes, and escalations.
Oversee testing, deployment planning, release readiness, and go-live activities.
Run governance meetings and executive status updates.
Ensure alignment of tech solutions with business objectives and quality standards.
Drive issue resolution and timely decision-making across teams.
Manage vendor relationships and performance against objectives.
Support PM governance, documentation, and quality controls.
Lead cross-functional teams in modernization and digital transformation.
Communicate clearly with executive leadership and client partners.
