Job summary

Draeger Medical Systems, Inc. is seeking a Technical Project Manager II for a hybrid role based in Andover, MA. You will manage software projects through the product development lifecycle under internal processes and external standards.

The role requires 5+ years in medical device development or regulatory environments and 1-3 years in software project management, preferably with agile practices. Expect collaboration with global teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years relevant experience with medical device development and/or in a regulated, process-oriented development environment.
• 1-3 years relevant experience in software project management or program management of complex multi-stakeholder projects.
• Experience in agile software development preferred.
• Knowledge of standards for medical devices (IEC 62304, ISO 14971, ISO 13485).
• Contractor and supplier management a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage software projects throughout product development lifecycle to meet scope, schedule, cost, and quality.
• Lead project planning, track progress, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver work on time.
• Communicate project status, risks, and milestones to stakeholders.
• Create and manage DHF deliverables and required documentation.
