Job summary

Qualifications

• Ten years+ managing large, complex infrastructure or technology projects.
• Experience with plan review processes and construction documentation workflows; NJDCA permitting knowledge preferred.
• Strong experience coordinating technical review cycles with SMEs across engineering and IT.
• Experience reviewing network diagrams, schedules, shop drawings, RFIs, and specifications.
• Proven ability to prioritize, delegate, and manage multiple concurrent projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate construction IT projects at varying stages of design, review, construction, and implementation.
• Coordinate technical design reviews of IT, communications, electrical, and network components.
• Facilitate review cycles by gathering feedback and ensuring timely issue resolution.
• Serve as liaison among SMEs, Engineering, IT, vendors, and construction teams.
• Support construction oversight with SME site visits, inspections, and document reviews.
