Job summary

Machine Learning Technologies, LLC is seeking a Technical Project Manager to coordinate IT and network infrastructure projects within transit-related capital initiatives. You will manage cross-functional teams, oversee design reviews, RFIs, submittals, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining governance over the PMO's PPM tools.

The role emphasizes collaboration with engineering, IT and vendors, risk management, and clear stakeholder communications.

Qualifications

• Ten+ years managing large, complex infrastructure or technology projects.
• Experience with plan review processes and construction documentation workflows; NJDCA permitting preferred.
• Experience coordinating technical review cycles with engineering and IT SMEs.
• Experience reviewing network diagrams, schedules, shop drawings, RFIs, and specs.
• Proficient with MS Office and MS Visio.
• Experience with Planview or other PPM tools (Clarity, HP PPM).
• Strong communication with business leaders, SMEs, stakeholders, and vendors.
• PM certification (PMP or equivalent) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate IT, electrical, and network design across multiple projects.
• Facilitate technical design reviews with SMEs and vendors.
• Capture feedback and drive issue resolution in cycles.
• Liaise among sponsors, stakeholders, and construction teams.
• Oversee RFIs, submittals, and design clarifications.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Administer the PMO's PPM tool and governance workflows.
• Lead teams to deliver on time and within budget.
