Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT project management experience.
• Extensive SDLC knowledge across multiple methodologies.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience working with technical teams to build project plans and risk registers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple IT projects to ensure successful delivery.
• Manage large enterprise-type IT projects with internal stakeholders and contracted resources.
• Develop, monitor, and maintain detailed project plans.
• Define project roles, deliverables, and approval processes.
• Coordinate and monitor activities of all stakeholders to meet timelines and budgets.
• Communicate project status clearly to management and stakeholders.
• Mentor and guide junior Project Managers, including training recommendations.
• Foster a professional environment built on trust, respect, and excellence.
