Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience in construction, engineering, or capital projects.

• Excellent leadership, communication and client relationship management skills.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, CCM, PE, AIA or LEED preferred.

This role is responsible for overseeing project scope, schedule, budget, stakeholder coordination, design management, procurement, and construction execution while ensuring exceptional client service and project delivery.
