You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, manage contracts, and drive value engineering to improve project outcomes.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, stakeholder management, and thoughtful client service with a focus on delivering high-impact results across all project phases.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience in construction, engineering, or capital projects.
• Experience managing large, complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of project controls, budgeting, cost management, scheduling and value engineering.
• Excellent leadership, communication and client relationship management skills.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, CCM, PE, AIA or LEED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of project delivery from planning through closeout.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and risk, aligned with client objectives.
• Drive value engineering and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Lead teams of consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to successful outcomes.
• Develop management plans, budgets, fee proposals, and cost projections.
• Oversee permitting, zoning, and regulatory approvals.
• Mentor and lead the project management team.
