Convergint is seeking a full-time Technical Project Manager to join our team. You will lead complex technical projects, coordinate engineering and field teams, and drive on-time, within-budget results while maintaining top-tier customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Expert project management experience in a technical environment (building automation, fire alarm, and/or electronic security systems).
• Advanced coaching, mentoring, and staff development; strong leadership orientation.
• Excellent Microsoft Outlook, Project, Excel, Word and Power Point skills; ability to troubleshoot and solve problems.
• Basic knowledge of IT networking principals.
• Advanced financial analytical skills including cost control.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, organize and direct projects.
• Direct field installation and start-up of assigned projects.
• Ensure projects meet budgeted costs and schedules and maintain cash flow.
• Interface with customers to maximize satisfaction, safety and quality.
• Supervise and mentor team members on larger accounts.
