Job summary
The Hackett Group Inc. is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager, Application Development to lead enterprise application programs from initiation to deployment.
You will coordinate cross-functional teams across web, mobile, cloud, APIs, and enterprise platforms to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions that support complex business operations. Reporting to senior leadership, you will drive governance, risk management, and delivery rigor with Agile, SAFe, or hybrid approaches,
Qualifications
- Must have a bachelor's degree in IT, CS, engineering, or business.
- 10+ years of project management experience leading tech initiatives.
- 5+ years managing application development and software delivery projects.
- Proven SDLC experience and governance experience.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership.
- Experience with Agile, SAFe, or hybrid delivery models.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise application development projects.
- Manage scope, timelines, budgets, resources, dependencies and risks.
- Establish governance, reporting and executive communications.
- Partner with leaders to define priorities and success criteria.
- Drive delivery using Agile, Scrum, SAFe, Waterfall, or hybrid methods.
