Hansen Talent Group is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead enterprise software development and transformation initiatives within a structured PMO. This hybrid role focuses on high-visibility projects including applications, platform modernization, migrations, and AI integrations.

The successful candidate will oversee multiple SDLC projects, ensuring adherence to PMO governance and delivery expectations across cross-functional teams, vendors, and leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading software development and SDLC projects.
• Experience in structured PMO environments and governance frameworks.
• Vendor management and third-party engagement experience.
• Budget management and resource planning experience.
• Strong knowledge of Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Experience in large, matrixed enterprise environments.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Experience presenting updates to executives.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project plans, risk management, and status reports.
• Manage multiple software development projects from initiation through delivery and business acceptance.
• Track budgets, hours billed, resources, risks, and milestones.
• Coordinate internal and external resources including vendors to meet objectives.
• Ensure PMO governance standards and documentation requirements are followed.
• Communicate status, risks, and scope changes to executives and stakeholders.
• Lead teams in a hybrid Waterfall and Agile environment.
