Job summary

Ladders seeks a Senior Technical Project Manager to drive complex, customer-facing technical initiatives that support web architecture, performance, and security outcomes. You will partner with integrated account teams and internal stakeholders to improve delivery quality and scale integration practices.

This remote role is US-based only and requires strong technical leadership, excellent communication, and hands-on coordination across multiple workstreams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in technical project management.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven track record in customer-facing IT roles.
• Experience managing large technical projects.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and web technologies (HTTP or DNS).
• Strong communication and presentation skills for technical information.

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will drive complex, customer-facing technical initiatives that support web architecture, performance, and security outcomes. The ideal candidate will partner closely with integrated account teams and internal stakeholders to improve delivery quality, strengthen customer relationships, and advance scalable integration practices. This position requires a strong blend of technical project leadership, client communication, and hands-on coordination across multiple workstreams.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $109,900 - $197,700 annually
