Job summary

Netguru is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to join our team. You will manage budgets, scopes and timelines while working closely with external clients to build long-term relationships and ensure project success.

You will coordinate design and software development, mentor the team and create lean artifacts like user stories and MVPs. Candidates should have 5+ years of experience in agile IT projects, strong knowledge of Scrum and Kanban, plus Jira or Pivotal Tracker.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience managing diverse agile IT projects.
• Proficient in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools (Jira, Pivotal Tracker).
• Experience in presales activities and crafting compelling offers.
• Ability to understand client needs across various business models and propose fitting solutions.
• Strong technical knowledge enabling smooth communication with developers, designers and QA.
• Excellent written and spoken English (C1+) and Polish (C2).

Responsibilities

We are looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager to join our Team!

Salary ranges:

• PLN 12 000 - 19 000 monthly gross (Contract of employment).
• PLN 14 400 - 22 800 monthly before tax (Long-term contract (B2B)).

What are Senior Technical Project Manager’s duties?

• Managing the budget, scope, and timeline and reporting development progress to the stakeholders.
• Working directly with external clients - building long-term relationships, managing expectations, and having a business-oriented approach.
• Coordinating the development of design and software solutions, taking ownership of the overall project success with the support of a team and according to best practices learnt during the onboarding period.
• Motivating, supporting and guiding the project team.
• Creating or facilitating creation of user stories, MVPs, and other lean documentation when necessary.
• Looking for improvements and questioning the status quo.
• Being ready to face unpredictable situations and come up with the best solutions.

Apply if you:

• Have an in-depth knowledge and broad experience (at least 5 years) in managing diverse agile IT projects.
• Are well-versed in the agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and project management tools - Jira, Pivotal Tracker or other.
• Have experience in continually monitoring and improving delivery quality against best software development practices.
• Have experience in presales activities, are able to uncover the needs and constraints of a future client and craft a compelling offer.
• Easily understand clients’ needs in various business models and have experience in proactively assisting clients in choosing the most fitting solutions.
• Have a proper technical knowledge allowing smooth communication with developers, product designers and QA specialists.
• Have an excellent command of written and spokenEnglish (C1+) and Polish (C2).

It would be a plus if you:

• Were experienced in running courses/workshops/presentations.
• Had hands-on experience and solid domain knowledge in e-commerce.
• Had Product Owner experience.
• Had mentored and managed less experienced Project Managers.
• Had experience in risk management and creating reports.
