You will combine strategic oversight with hands‑on involvement in presales and project delivery, focusing on value creation and building long‑term partnerships.

As a Consulting Lead, you will collaborate closely with Engagement Managers and Delivery/Team Leads to align consulting excellence with organizational goals, while contributing to growth objectives and maintaining top‑quality execution.

Roles and Responsibilities

Strategic & Client Development

• Account farming by identifying and cultivating opportunities within existing accounts, enhancing client satisfaction, and driving account expansion.
• Leading presales efforts by contributing to the development of proposals, creating tailored solutions, and participating in presentations and negotiations to win new business.
• Ensuring delivery excellence as the foundation of growth, championing high standards across all consulting engagements.
• Acting as a strategic advisor to clients, fostering trust and ensuring that consulting efforts align with their evolving needs and long‑term objectives.

Operational Excellence

• Collaborating with Delivery/Team Leads to monitor project execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality metrics are met or exceeded.
• Introducing improvements in consulting methodologies and delivery processes to enhance efficiency and client outcomes.
• Supporting resource allocation decisions, aligning consulting talent with project needs and business priorities.

Team Leadership & Development

• Leading by example, providing guidance and support to consulting teams to develop skills, achieve performance objectives, and grow their expertise.
• Working closely with Engagement Managers and Delivery/Team Leads to maintain seamless coordination across growth and delivery activities.
• Fostering a collaborative, high‑performance culture centered around consulting excellence and continuous improvement.

Growth Enablement through Delivery

• Ensuring proposed solutions meet client objectives while demonstrating scalability and long‑term value.
• Supporting the structuring of consulting engagements to maximize impact and align with the organization’s broader strategic goals.
• Acting as a key stakeholder in balancing commercial and operational considerations, aligning consulting practices with client success.

What you bring

• Proven experience in consulting leadership, combining strategic acumen with delivery expertise.
• Demonstrated ability to grow accounts through relationship‑building and quality advocacy.
• Strong operational understanding, including resource planning and delivery governance.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships and team dynamics.
