About the Role: This is a remote, full-time position. We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Project Manager to lead complex technical initiatives from inception to completion. In this role, you will work closely with engineering, product management, and cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-impact projects on time and within scope. The ideal candidate possesses a strong technical background, outstanding organizational skills, and a proven ability to manage large-scale projects in an agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring the timely delivery of technical solutions.
2. Collaborate with engineering teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
3. Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and risk assessments.
4. Lead cross-functional teams to align goals, resolve dependencies, and mitigate blockers.
5. Communicate project status, risks, and updates to stakeholders at all levels.
6. Implement best practices in Agile and Scrum project management methodologies.
7. Track and analyze key performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
8. Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and efficiency within teams.
9. Manage AI services and product implementations across client projects.
10. Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.
11. Define business requirements and project roles, ensuring clear communication.
12. Establish and educate stakeholders on processes for initiating new projects.
13. Identify staffing and resource needs in collaboration with the Director of Project Management.
14. Conduct retrospectives on major projects and recommend process improvements, including technological solutions to enhance workflow and efficiency.

2. Ability to work well under pressure and effectively prioritize tasks in dynamic environments.
3. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, adaptable to diverse work styles.
4. Experience working with global teams across different time zones or flexibility to collaborate with global stakeholders as needed.

Preferred Skills:

1. PMP, CSM, or SAFe certification.
2. Experience working with distributed teams and global stakeholders.
3. Experience working with U.S. based clients is a huge plus.
4. Familiarity with AI, ML, and data-driven projects.

Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2. 5-8 years of experience in the software industry, with a minimum of 3+ years of recent hands-on project management experience.
3. Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
4. Experience managing multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills with a data-driven decision-making approach.
6. Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
7. Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Asana.
8. Technical knowledge of cloud computing, DevOps, or software engineering principles is a plus.
