Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking an IS Lead Technical Project Manager HQ to drive complex, cross-functional technology programs across enterprise applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data, integrations, and business units. You will guide delivery, roadmaps, intake, prioritization, and portfolio coordination while mentoring project delivery staff.

The role emphasizes leadership, governance, and collaboration with IS leadership, vendors, and sponsors.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in information technology, business, engineering, construction management, or related field; or equivalent.
Ten+ years of technology project/program management experience.
Experience leading large, cross-functional technology initiatives.
Experience coordinating multiple workstreams with vendors and teams.
Knowledge of enterprise applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data, cloud services, and support.
Experience with technology roadmaps, intake, prioritization, portfolio planning, and resources.
Mentoring or coaching project-management personnel.
Experience managing budgets, forecasts, vendors, and change controls.
Strong executive communication, facilitation, negotiation, and decision-making.

Responsibilities

Lead complex technology projects and programs from initiation through implementation and transition.
Develop integrated plans covering scope, schedule, budget, resources, dependencies, and readiness.
Coordinate delivery across enterprise apps, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data, and business teams.
Identify risks and drive timely mitigation, escalation, and decisions.
Lead implementation-readiness, cutover-readiness, and post-implementation reviews.
Support technology roadmaps, initiatives, timing, and resource needs.
Participate in intake, prioritization, annual planning, capacity planning, and portfolio reviews.
Mentor and coach project managers, coordinators, and analysts.
Present project health, financials, risks, and recommendations to sponsors and IS leadership.
